Information collected

When you use our contact form, we collect your first and last name, and optionally your email address, mobile number, and a short note about your availability or interests. We also record SMS consent details: phone number, selected message category, consent timestamp, source page, consent disclosure version, user agent, and IP address when available. We ask that you do not share personal health information, and we do not request it.

How information is used

We use your information to respond to inquiries, organize your stated interests, offer optional courtesy coordination, and send text messages you have chosen to receive.

SMS communications

If you opt in, Study Snapshot may text you to account notifications about a user's Study Snapshot subscription and recurring marketing messages about new study snapshots, listings, and site resources. Mobile opt-in information

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

This includes research organizations, trial sponsors, drug development companies, and third-party marketers. If you request a courtesy introduction to a specific independent program, we will ask for your separate, explicit consent before sharing contact details for that introduction. That consent is separate from SMS opt-in.
