Study Snapshot SMS Program Terms

Program description

The Study Snapshot SMS Program is part of our clinical trials opportunity resource. Subscribers receive account notifications about your subscription and, if you choose, recurring marketing texts about new study snapshots and site resources. Each category has its own optional checkbox. Study Snapshot is not a research organization or healthcare provider.

Message categories

• Account Notifications: message frequency varies based on account activity.
• Marketing: generally up to 4 messages per month.

Opt-in method

You opt in by checking an unchecked SMS consent box for a specific category on our contact page or its text snapshots page and submitting a valid mobile number. A phone number alone is never treated as consent.

First message

• Study Snapshot: You're subscribed to account notifications about your subscription. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
• Study Snapshot: You're subscribed to marketing texts about new study snapshots and site resources. Up to 4 msgs/mo. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

STOP instructions
